Obscenity is anything that may seem offensive or vulgar to you. Obscenity can only be determined by you and you only. You are the ultimate judge as to what may offend you or seem vulgar because what may offend or upset one may not do the same for another. Take Family Guy as an example. Most people find it to be hilarious while others don't believe it's funny at all and should be banned. The show will always be controversial just as the entire concept of obscenity will remain controversial; simply because it is so vague.
